OXYGN

Your organization knows
more than it remembers.

Scroll to descend

Twenty years of answers.
Scattered.

Everything it knows
is being pulled in.

0.1 — After the breakthrough

Oxygen for
your organization.

Give your organization its memory back. OXYGN turns scattered documents — and the knowledge that only lives in your best people's heads — into a living brain anyone can ask. Cited. Trusted. Current.

0.2 — The slow leak

When your best people leave, they take the company with them.

6–12 months for a new hire to ramp — relearning what the company already knew
Decades of unwritten shortcuts and exceptions walk out with every veteran
1–2 people every critical process quietly bottlenecks on

Documentation goes stale the day it's written. The workarounds that actually keep the plant running, the reason a contract reads the way it does, which supplier bends and which never will — none of it was ever written down at all.

0.3 — What you just felt

You just watched it happen.

The dive you scrolled through is what OXYGN does. Point it at the chaos — drives, documents, Slack, spreadsheets, and the judgment only a few people carry — and it comes out the other side structured, cited, and askable.

Chaos in. Order out.

0.4 — Three ways knowledge goes in

Read. Ask. Watch.

01Read

Ingest what's already written. Documents, Notion, Slack, spreadsheets — indexed, connected, and kept current.

02Ask

A seven-day adaptive AI interview sits with your most experienced people and extracts what was never written down — the shortcuts, the exceptions, the judgment. This is the part nobody else does.

The differentiator

03Watch

Record how the work is actually done — screens, steps, decisions — and keep the practice, not just the theory.

0.5 — What comes out

A living brain. With receipts.

Ask it anything about how your company works. It answers in seconds — and shows exactly where every claim comes from.

Why do we skip the standard QA cycle for Müller-Werke orders?

Their 2019 contract addendum requires certification against their in-house DIN variant before our standard cycle. The exception applies only to powder-coated batches.

Negotiated by H. Brandt (Ops). Running both cycles double-counts inspection time and breaches the agreed lead time.

And when it doesn't know — it says so. No invented answers, ever.

0.6 — Why it's different

Everyone else indexes what you wrote down. OXYGN captures what you didn't.

Search tools and wikis can only retrieve documents that already exist. The knowledge that matters most — why things are done this way, what to do when the rule doesn't fit — has never been a document. OXYGN goes and gets it.

0.7 — Where it's going

Today it answers.
Tomorrow it works.

The same brain that answers questions is learning your routines. Next: agents that run them — drafting the report, filing the exception, chasing the approval — with every action grounded in how your company actually operates.
