Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using oxygn.in (the "Site"), operated by Lehar Saxena and Saransh Ohri ("OXYGN", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We are not yet incorporated. When we are, these terms will be updated to name the company.

2. What This Covers

These terms cover this website. Nothing more.

They are not a software licence, not a service agreement, and not a contract for the OXYGN product.

The OXYGN product is not available. It is being built. When it launches it will have its own terms, and you will have to agree to them separately. Nothing on this Site grants you the right to use it.

3. The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we hold your email address and will contact you about OXYGN.

It does not mean:

• You have been granted access to anything.
• You are guaranteed access - in any order, at any time, or at all.
• You have been quoted a price, offered a free tier, or promised terms of any kind.
• We are obliged to launch. We may not.

You owe us nothing. We owe you nothing but the email we said we would send. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing admin@oxygn.in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any system behind it.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Submit an email address that is not yours, or that you have no right to submit.

5. Your Data

We collect your email address if you give it to us, and standard server logs. Nothing else.

How we handle it - and what we do not do with it - is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may read the Site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name or branding to suggest an association that does not exist.

7. Availability and Removal

We may change, suspend, or stop operating the Site or the waitlist at any time, without notice.

You may ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time. We will remove you.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be available, accurate, or free of error.

Everything this Site describes is a product we are building, not a product that exists. It is a statement of intent, not a specification and not a promise. Anything described here may change, be delayed, or never be built. Do not make a business decision on the basis of a page on this website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any reliance you place on what it says.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh.
