1. Introduction

OXYGN is being built by Lehar Saxena and Saransh Ohri ("OXYGN", "we", "us"). We are not yet incorporated. When we are, this policy will be updated to name the company.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use oxygn.in and join the waitlist, and what we do with it.

The OXYGN product is not available. This policy covers the website only. When the product launches it will have its own privacy policy, and you will have to agree to it separately.

2. Information We Collect

Waitlist information. The email address you submit. That is the only information we ask you for. We do not ask for your name, your company, your role, or your phone number.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information about requests to the site - such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request - as any web server does. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

That is the complete list. We collect nothing else.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

  • Tell you when OXYGN opens.
  • Tell you about OXYGN while we build it.

That is all. We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website and generates the server logs described above.
  • Supabase, which stores the email addresses submitted to the waitlist.
  • Law enforcement, if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

Nobody else. There are no advertisers, no data brokers, and no marketing platforms in this list.

5. AI and Your Data

OXYGN is an AI product. This website is not.

No AI system reads, processes, or trains on anything you submit here. Your email address goes into a list, and a human sends you an email. That is the entire pipeline.

6. Data Storage and Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit.

Your email address is stored with Supabase, our database provider. The waitlist is not publicly readable. It is accessible only to us.

We do not hold financial information, government identifiers, passwords, or any sensitive personal data. There is nothing on this site to breach beyond a list of email addresses.

No system is completely secure, and we do not claim to be.

7. Data Retention

Your email address: we keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the waitlist. If we decide not to launch, we delete the list.

Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for the period it keeps them as part of operating the site.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent, at any time, for any reason.

Email admin@oxygn.in. There is no form to fill and no process to fight through. Ask, and we will do it.

9. Grievance Redressal

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to raise a grievance about how your personal data is handled.

We will acknowledge your grievance and respond within the period the law requires. When OXYGN is incorporated, we will name a single Grievance Officer and publish a registered address.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

We use none.

  • No cookies. Not advertising cookies, not analytics cookies, not any cookies.
  • No local storage. We store nothing on your device.
  • No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no PostHog, nothing.
  • No tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag, no advertising tags.
  • No third-party assets. Fonts, icons, and scripts are all served from our own domain. Nothing is loaded from anyone else's server.

Loading oxygn.in sends your data to no one. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site - there is nothing to consent to.

11. Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy. The product is being built, and what we collect will change when it launches.

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. If you are on the waitlist when something material changes, we will email you.
